RULES AND INFORMATION
ENTRY
ENTRY FEE for all classes 25p
Show Entries will be accepted on Show Day between 10am and 12 noon only. (Except Children’s Creative English, which should be handed in to Mrs Carter at 1 North Riding Rise, TLM by Wednesday 14th July)
All Show Classes are open to residents of Thornton-le-Moor & the immediate neighbourhood and their friends.
All exhibits to be the unaided work of the exhibitor.
Trophies will be awarded to the highest-placed Thornton-le-Moor Parish residents only.
All exhibits in all Classes must have been made within the last twelve months and must not have been shown at the 2003 TLM Show.
ALL EXHIBITS MUST BE NAMED OR PRIZES CANNOT BE AWARDED. Classes for 15 years and under - Please write name on back of entry and age on front.
Exhibits with no age/name cannot be judged, therefore cannot receive a prize.
JUDGING & PRIZES
JUDGING will commence at 1pm. All prize cards and exhibits must remain on show until 5pm, or earlier if agreed by the Committee. All entries to be removed from the tent by exhibitors before 5.30 pm.
PRIZES will be awarded at the Judges’ discretion, according to merit.
TROPHIES will be presented at approximately 4.30 pm. The Village Society Committee is grateful to those people who have so generously donated trophies for the Show & Sports.
