Read Ken's Story and keep up to date on the development of Thornton-le-Moor Railway Station I am not a farmer any more but I used to be. It was farming that brought my great grandmother Elizabeth and her son William to Thornton Le Moor in 1879 when she bought Ivy House Farm. William inherited the farm and had three sons whose lives took a different course. |
